Areas of concentration

Emanate Health Family Medicine Residency Program offers areas of concentration (AOC) which residents may focus to further their learning and expertise on a particular discipline within family medicine. Each area requires additional dedicated elective time, a longitudinal project, a scholarly work and conference attendance. AOCs are selected at the beginning of the PGY2 year with the approval of their advisor and program director. Residents must be in good academic standing to participate in an AOC.
