Family Medicine Residency Program
The Emanate Health Family Medicine Residency Program is an innovative residency program that encourages residents to learn, collaborate and change the way we look at family medicine.
We believe that our residents are the futureāa generation of physicians possessing great courage, work ethic and joy at the prospect of transforming rather than adapting to the current world of medicine.
If you are a forward-thinking medical student, we encourage you to explore the opportunities our Family Medicine Residency Program has to offer and apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
Our accreditations
The Emanate Health Family Medicine Residency Program received initial accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education in 2016. We recruited our charter PGY-1 class through the 2017 Match and have grown each year. Our residents train at our hospitals and at the East Valley Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
USC affiliation
In 2016, Emanate Health officially entered into an affiliation with the Keck School of Medicine of USC and its Department of Family Medicine.
Our USC affiliation gives students with the Keck School of Medicine of USC access to learning experiences through rotations in the Emanate Health Family Medicine Residency Program. Rotations take place at Emanate Health hospitals and the East Valley Community Health Center.
This affiliation also enables Emanate Health physicians to receive faculty appointments through USC's Department of Family Medicine.
